Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a bread pan with parchment paper
2. Blend oats in a food processor until finely ground.
3. Mix cottage cheese, flaxseed, eggs, oil, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
4. Combine the ground oats and mixture, blending until smooth and Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
5. Cool completely before slicing for the best texture and taste.

- Use full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese based on preference.
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds or a sprinkle of oats before baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
